support@melega.appBefore you write: what to include
- The MARCO Chat app version shown in the app.
- Your device model (for example iPhone 14) and OS version (for example iOS 18.4).
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The exact steps to reproduce the issue, in order.
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.
- Any on-screen error text, retyped or screenshotted with private content hidden.
Never include passwords, recovery kits, recovery phrases or the content of private messages. Support does not need them and cannot act on them.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a phone number to use MARCO Chat?
- No. A pseudonymous MARCO account is created without requiring a phone number, email address, wallet or Passport.
- Are my messages encrypted?
- Private messages, private groups and private media follow MARCO's end-to-end encrypted path. If encryption cannot be established, the private flow stops.
- Can support recover my account or read my messages?
- No. Your recovery kit stays encrypted and user-held. MARCO has no support override and no escrow key, so nobody at Melega can recover your plaintext messages or restore an account on your behalf.
- Can I use MARCO Chat on more than one device?
- MARCO Chat supports multiple devices. Setup is performed from the app itself.
- What should I never send to support?
- Never send passwords, recovery kits, recovery phrases, or the content of private messages. Support never needs them and cannot use them.
